1. What do I do if I have an emergency?: Remain calm and call 9-1-1 to report your emergency.

2. What are the Police Department's business hours?: Generally, the Police Department is open to the public from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday, while closed on Saturday, Sunday, and city holidays. However, police services are available 24 hours a day.

3. How do I get a home security assessment?: Contact Sgt. R. Singleton at 210-342-2341 or by email at rsingleton@cityofcastlehills.com for an appointment. Sergeant Singleton is a certified home security inspector and is always willing to assist the public.

4. How do I get a copy of a police report?: During normal business hours request a report at the Dispatch window located at the Police Department at 209 Lemonwood Dr.

5. How can I get my fingerprints taken?: Just come to the Police Department between the hours of 8:00 am - 12:00 pm on any Tuesday or Thursday.

6. Will the police watch my house when I am out of town?: Please complete the attached form and Dispatch will set you up for specific patrol-bys until your return.

7. How do I find out if I have a traffic warrant with Castle Hills?: You can contact the Warrant Officer at 210-342-2341, or come to the Municipal Court window (back of building) during normal business hours at 209 Lemonwood Dr.
