The Castle Hills Code Compliance Department is responsible for addressing nuisance and property standard violations to provide a safe and healthy environment for the community. These violations include high weeds and grass, trash and debris, fences, vehicle and trailer parking, signs, zoning violations, illegal dumping and illegal home occupations. The primary goal of this enforcement is to resolve violations that affect the quality of life and to sustain property values. Through community outreach, education, and enforcement Castle Hills works together to maintain a beautiful city.

Filing Complaints
In our ongoing effort to provide the highest level of service delivery, we encourage input from residents and visitors to the City of Castle Hills. If you observe a code violation you can submit it to us through the Online Code Compliance Violation Report.
