ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

 

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Street Maintenance Program will be received, by the City of

Castle Hills, TX, at the office of the City of Castle Hills City Hall, until 2:00 PM local time on May 8, 2019

at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

 

The project consists of street preservation of approximately 45,000 linear feet of roadway. Street

preservation includes roadway base repair, mill & overlay, micro surface, and seal coat.

 

For questions regarding this solicitation, technical questions or additional information, please contact

Jason Granado, Design Engineer Consultant, in writing via email to: Jason.Granado@rpsgroup.com until

4:00 PM (CT) on April 26, 2019. Answers to the questions will be posted to the web site by 4:00 PM (CT)

on May 1, 2019 as a separate document or included as part of an addendum.

 

Please be advised that Bidders are prohibited from communicating with any other City of Castle Hills staff, the Consultant, or City of Castle Hills officials regarding this Project up until the contract is awarded.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as

indicated in the Bid Form.

 

Plans, Specifications, and Bidding Documents are on file for inspection at www.civcastusa.com There is

no cost to view plans, and printing can be done through the website or in your own office. Sets of hard

copies for Bidding Documents will not be sold.
