Municipal Court

WARRANTS AND FAILURE TO APPEAR: Arrest warrants issued out of the Castle Hills Municipal Court are addressed to any peace officer of the State of Texas. With active arrest warrants, you may be arrested at any time at your home, your place of business or while operating a motor vehicle.

The Court will issue an arrest warrant if you fail to:

  • make a plea to violations on your citation or summons
  • comply with the orders of a Judge
  • complete a payment plan or make payments as promised

You can cancel your warrant if you enter a plea of “no contest” or “guilty” and pay all of the fines assessed.

If you want to plead “not guilty” to an offense after an arrest warrants had been issued, you must come to the Court to post the required bond and to obtain a Court trial date.
